Transfer: From Samui Airport or Pier to BW Samui Bayview Resort & Spa by the resort private car, surcharge 1,000 baht for one way
Beach Shuttle Bus:
Complimentary round trip transfer from the resort to Lamai Beach (at our sister resort) between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Complimentary One-way transfer to Chaweng (city centre) at 11:30 am and 2:00 pm
Check-In Time: 2:00 PM; Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
No Elevator, but 24 hour luggage assistance is available
Children & extra guest policy:
-There is no additional charge on room for a child aged under 12 sharing bed with parents, but will be charged ABF 150 baht/day
-Baby cot is available upon request (free of charge)
-Extra bed surcharge 1,000 Baht incl. ABF (during Green & High season), 1,400 Baht (during Peak season)
-Registered guests in room only, otherwise a joiner fee of 1,000 Baht/night will be charged.
Cancellations and No Show Policy:
**Deposit is non-refundable
**Any reservation cancelled within 14 days during High Season, and 7 days during Green Season of the check-in date will be subject to one night charge with admin fee. Any reservation cancelled within 21 days during Peak Season will be subject to fully charge of the total amount
**No show will be subject to one night charge with admin fee
**Early check-out will be subject to one night charge with admin fee
